Since March 4, 2026, Helping Hands Care Group has operated under new ownership, built on decades of front-line experience serving Saskatchewan’s most vulnerable people.
Helping Hands Care Group exists because families, and the people they’re caring for, deserve better than the choice between “institutional but safe” and “warm but under-resourced.” We believe you shouldn’t have to choose, whether you’re planning to care for a parent or for yourself.
Under new ownership since March 2026, we’ve kept what worked, homes in Regina and Grenfell that residents and families already trusted, and rebuilt what didn’t, investing in more attentive daily care, better communication with families, and a renewed focus on dignity in daily life. Our Circle of Care program extends that same philosophy beyond our walls, so families with a loved one still living independently don’t have to wait for a crisis to get support.

Meet Our Director
of Operations
Michelle Campbell
Michelle Campbell brings over 20 years of experience serving Saskatchewan’s most vulnerable populations to her role as Director of Operations at Helping Hands Care Group.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Regina and spent 17 years in front-line care at a long-term care facility in Saskatchewan. Her career has taken her through addictions work, family crisis intervention, and youth mental health, giving her a wide-ranging understanding of the challenges facing individuals and families across the province.
Michelle is also the founder of a nonprofit organization that transformed the landscape of care for children and families involved with Child and Family Services. Under her leadership, the organization grew to 19 group homes, serving countless children and families across Saskatchewan.
Though that work was deeply rewarding, Michelle’s heart always remained with seniors. Her career began in service to seniors, and she is honoured that it has now come full circle at Helping Hands Care Group.
